From One to Many: OSENG’s Growth Story
Established in 2018 as a one-person operation, OSENG has grown into a 12-member team, scaling up to 30 engineers through our value chain. Quality service and repeat business now account for 90% of our turnover, reinforcing why global clients continue to choose OSENG for engineering excellence.
Expanding Beyond Ireland
Our work isn’t limited to Ireland—we serve foreign direct investment (FDI) companies, supporting their U.S. and European operations. Looking ahead, our goal is to expand further into global markets, working with leading companies across multiple regions.
Resilience & Innovation Through Challenges
From personal setbacks to navigating COVID-19, OSENG has overcome obstacles with resilience. The pandemic reshaped how we work, proving that efficiency and flexibility are key. Today, we operate a hybrid work model and have introduced a 9-day fortnight, ensuring our team enjoys a better work-life balance.

The Future of OSENG: Driving Innovation
